PRIVACY POLICY

Nothing. Outbreak Protocol is a set of static HTML, CSS and JavaScript files. There is no server-side application, no database, no registration, no newsletter, and no comment system. The pages do not read or write cookies, do not use localStorage or sessionStorage, and do not load any third-party scripts.

If you email us (see Contact), we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your email address and the message content. That correspondence is used only to answer you, is never added to a mailing list, and is never shared with third parties.

The browser game on the home page runs entirely on your device. It has no save system, no high-score table and no server communication of any kind — there is no "cloud" to upload anything to. Nothing you do in the game leaves your browser.

Like virtually every website, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. This is standard infrastructure behavior: we do not access, analyze, sell or combine those logs, and they are governed by the provider's own retention policy.

The site publishes editorial information about R-rated games and films and is aimed at general audiences, not children. Because we collect no data and run no ads, no age-gate or consent flow is technically required — there is simply nothing to consent to.

Access, deletion, export, objection — all trivially satisfied when we hold nothing about you. If you have emailed us and want your correspondence deleted, write to us via the contact page and we will remove it.

If we ever add analytics, advertising or any data-collecting feature, this page will be rewritten before that code ships, and the date above will change. Until then, what you read here is the whole story.
